Bookings:
Bookings can be made over the phone or via WhatsApp on 07801 458811, by email: juliajulias@sky.com or by using the message option below.
Notice of cancellations & refunds:
(not including special holidays)
At least 7 days - 100% refund
At least 3 days - 50% refund
Less than 3 days - No refund
Meet & Greet:
I offer a complementary consultation prior to your booking to ensure the fit is good for both of us & a chance to meet to your kitty/s & learn their routine.
I can also collect your house keys & secure your booking with a payment
(full payment is required in advance) & sign the Pet Sitting Contract.
Safety & Emergencies:
In the unlikely event I have any concerns about your kitty while you are away, I will contact you prior to taking them to see a vet & will update you accordingly. Please leave your local vets details in case they are needed.
Please provide contact details of someone nearby in case of any security concerns etc.
Keys:
You can hand over the keys at the consultation, or you can drop them off to me nearer the time.
If using a key safe, you must provide the key code prior to my arrival.
If you require key collection or drop off there is a charge of £5.00. You can however leave the keys with Cool4Cats for future bookings if preferred. I take security very seriously & your personal details will always be kept separate from your keys
Cat Food & Cleaning Supplies:
Please ensure you leave plenty of food, litter, medication if taken, cleaning goods, dustpan & brush, refuse bags/sacks etc for the duration booked.
